Denver Broncos

Sean Payton has officially taken over play-calling duties for the Denver Broncos, confirming earlier reports and citing the need to jolt a sputtering offense. Payton explained his decision to resume direct control, which he reportedly never wanted to relinquish. The move comes as the team prepares for its upcoming game against the Chargers, whose injury report may offer the Broncos a significant advantage.
